Zeldy Trieff: “I grew up in Brooklyn, NY in a large family. After a chaotic childhood and early adult challenges, I started a quest for spiritual and emotional well-being. Though my challenges I learned, compassion, love, and acceptance for all. I’d never give this up for anything. I am passionate about my current work – directing a program for folks who grew up with similar challenges and teaching elementary school children. I implement my understanding of the 3 principles into these programs, with tremendous results. It brings me tremendous joy seeing people discover their wisdom, leading happier and more peaceful lives. I currently live in North Jersey with my loving husband and 3 beautiful children.”
Anita Wiggins grew up in Ogden, Utah, where she met her husband, Brad. With a degree in Elementary Education Anita raised seven children, earned an MA and is a Certified Soul-Centered Professional Coach. Anita currently works with women to find answers, insight and joy. She delights in people, especially her husband, children, and 11 grandchildren.
Dorothy Martin is best known as The Fulfilment Coach. She has integrated her passion for transformative coaching with her own personal experience of burn-out to create insight-based, nurturing and effective programmes to help people realise their potential and create deeply fulfilling lives with less effort and more ease.
She is also an organisational wellbeing consultant committed to increasing awareness about human dimension in business to prevent burn-out, enhance resilience, inspiration and creativity, and as a result to facilitate environments where people and organisations can grow, thrive and prosper.
Dorothy stumbled on an understanding known as three principles in December 2014 when she read Jack Pransky’s book ‘Somebody Should Have Told Us’. She tells her story about how this understanding recovered her from burn-out, enabled her to re-connect with people and simply awakened her to a new way of being and living.
Dorothy’s background spans fields of psychology, international public health, and human nutrition. Her motto is: ‘Happiness is the joy we feel fulfilling our potential.’
