Resiliency Action Focus Track
Resiliency for Real People with Real Stories & Real Change
with Rohini Ross, Jeanne Catherine-Gray, Jacqueline Hollows, Dorothy Martin, and Michael Neill ( virtual speaker )
Hopeful, Helpful and it works for everyday living.
This track is designed to guide you towards more ease and grace with the ups and downs of living life – everyday. While most of us have struggled with some major event in our lives, few of us consider how much more ease we could have at work, home and in all our relationships – even when life is going relatively well.
During our 3 sessions together, we will uncover an invisible system at work to create health and vitality for our every encounter.
- Discover more presence, connection, and compassion naturally.
- Uncover an inside out perspective that enhances itself over time.
- Naturally discover a world view for more ease, grace and resilience no matter what is happening in your life.
Whether you have suffered an unexpected loss (family, home, income, etc…) or you simply feel life should have more to it – this is a great track for you!
Rohini Ross is passionate about helping people wake up to their true nature. She is a psychotherapist, a transformative coach, and author of the Soul-Centered Series.
Her defining moment with the Principles happened during an intensive with Linda Pransky where she saw her humanness is not something to be fixed. This relieved the tremendous pressure she had been putting on herself to be better, and she experienced her spiritual nature more fully.
Rohini is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a graduate of the Pransky Mentorship Program. She helps individuals, couples, and professionals to embrace all of who they are so they can experience greater levels of wellbeing, resiliency, and success. She also co-facilitates The Space Mastermind for Solopreneurs with Barb Patterson. You can follow Rohini on Facebook, watch her Vlogs with her husband, Angus Ross, and subscribe to her blog on her website, www.rohiniross.com.
Deeply committed to transforming the landscape of contemporary psychology and its applications in the real world, Jeanne earned her MA in Psychological Well Being and is currently working on her PhD in the Neuroscience of Psychological Experience.

Jeanne values a principle-based understanding that naturally improves listening and well being; increasing peace of mind, community satisfaction and desirable outcomes. With twenty-four years of experience working with groups, Jeanne’s willingness to go straight to the heart of the problem, and not be afraid of anything, reaps great benefits at work, as a host on the radio show, Waking Up: The Neuroscience of Awareness and as a volunteer mediator & parent educator in Charlottesville, VA.

Jacqueline Hollows is the founder of Beyond Recovery CIC “I have been working within the criminal justice system (with support staff and inmates) sharing how our experience of life is created from our own minds. Through a fresh thought in any moment, a deeper level of common sense, connection and resilience is always available. As people learn how their minds work, they are impacted in all sorts of wonderful ways – they get ideas about how to create businesses, how to heal relationships, and how to help others. People start to have new thoughts and no longer feel trapped in a particular belief system. They stop taking compulsive thoughts so seriously. They find solutions to problems they thought were intractable. People change in ways that just is not possible through teaching techniques or systems. Even in prison people are finding humor, and connection, and joy and peace of mind. If that is possible in one small section of one prison– the universal possibilities are limitless!”
